Manage subscription
TrainWiz Pro is billed through the app store you bought it from. On iOS: open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions . You can also tap Manage subscription inside the app's Settings tab.
Restore purchases
If you bought Pro on another device, sign in with the same store account (the same Apple Account on iOS, or the same Google account on Android), then open Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Your Pro entitlement will sync within a few seconds.
Refund a charge
Refunds are handled by the app store, not by us. On iOS, submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com . On Android, request a refund from your Google Play order history .
Delete my data
In-app: Settings → Erase all progress resets your pet, streak, and quest history to defaults.
Full account deletion (including any server-side data): email us from your account's email address with subject "Delete my account." We delete within 30 days.
Notifications
We send daily reminder notifications (scheduled on your device) and, if you use Live Co-op, a push notification when a friend invites you to train. Manage them in iOS Settings → Notifications → TrainWiz or Android Settings → Apps → TrainWiz → Notifications .
